2. Data and purposes

The website only collects the data entered in the forms (name, email, organisation, service of interest and message), solely in order to reply to the request. The interactive tools run entirely in the browser and neither send nor store the answers entered.

3. Legal basis

Consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and steps prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b), where applicable.

4. Retention

Up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded, in which case the applicable legal periods apply.

5. Processors

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and the forms are processed by a service running on Cloudflare infrastructure. Isofficer enters into the agreements required by Article 28 GDPR with its processors.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as withdrawal of consent, by writing to [email protected].

7. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt.
